REFUND POLICY
1. Digital Goods Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once:
- A product file is delivered
- Discord role access is granted
- Configuration is provided
Refunds will not be issued.
2. Chargebacks
Any fraudulent chargeback will result in:
- Immediate access termination
- Permanent blacklist
- Legal action if necessary
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The product was never delivered
- A verified technical failure prevents access
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
